Finding Clarity
Many of the struggles people face are not just about the surface problem, but the patterns, expectations, and experiences underneath it. Therapy provides a space to explore these deeper layers, develop insight, and begin making changes that feel meaningful and sustainable.

Who I work with
Life rarely unfolds in simple or predictable ways. Many people find themselves navigating uncertainty, pressure, or emotional challenges that feel difficult to understand on their own. Therapy provides a place to step back, reflect, and begin making sense of experiences that may feel confusing or overwhelming.

My Approach to Therapy
My approach to therapy is collaborative, practical, and focused on understanding the deeper patterns that influence our thoughts and behaviors. Together we explore what may be contributing to stress or disconnection while developing tools that support emotional insight, resilience, and meaningful change.

Professional Background
I am a Licensed Professional Counselor based in Colorado with five years of experience supporting adolescents, young adults, and adults in both clinical and school settings. I have also worked extensively with individuals on the autism spectrum and those navigating academic, social, and identity-related challenges. My goal is to provide a supportive environment where people can better understand themselves and move toward greater balance in their lives.
The curious paradox is that when I accept myself just as I am, then I can change
